1. Will I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the hair?

We operate a policy of NO refunds, NO returns. Please proceed with full certainty before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience.

2. What is the waiting time?

Surinamese customers can expect a waiting time of 10-12 days, while Dutch customers typically experience a shorter wait of 5-7 days. Once your order is processed, which usually takes 5-7 business days, you'll receive confirmation along with a tracking number for your package. Shipping time via PostNL is typically between 1-3 business days.

3. How should I best maintain my hair?

- Braid the hair when not in use.
- Wash the hair frequently if used often (1x per week).
- Always start brushing from the ends.
- Use only one type of product for it.

4. How many grams should my wig be for the perfect volume?

For lengths between 8 - 18 inches, 200 grams is sufficient. From 20 inches onwards, I advise purchasing 300 grams.

Note: The above applies to the entire wig, including Frontal/Closure.

5. How long will this hair last?

- Virgin hair lasts between 1 & 2 years, and can last 2+ years with good care!
- A frontal is very delicate, so you should handle it with extra care as the threads can loosen quickly.
